Lost or Damaged Packages
- Nois Fragrances is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier immediately with your tracking number.

- No Refunds: Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure that all our customers receive brand-new products, we do not accept returns.
- Exchanges on Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer an exchange for the correct or non-defective item once the original product is returned to us. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective or incorrect item, as well as the shipping of the replacement product to you.
